Debtors without legal representation can now make online payments
On July 19, 2021, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California announced that a “free electronic fee payment method is not available to the public” for Debtors that do not have legal representation.
Payments can be made through Pay.gov which is operated by the Department of Treasury. “Please visit [their] Online Payments page for complete details, including links to the Court’s Pay.gov page, and a step-by-step training document.”
